This project was born from the desire to share our vision of specialty coffee.
With years of experience behind the bar and after tasting coffees from many roasters, the idea of creating our own project emerged, thus closing the circle.
We started with a small sample roaster and a limited menu.
Today, we have a small shop in the Barrio de las Letras neighborhood of Madrid, where we roast and serve our coffee, bringing our philosophy to every cup.
The values we promote are:
